SHIPPING POLICY

Queen's Lumi offers free shipping to local addresses. We also provide worldwide shipping, including to Macau and Mainland China, with an additional shipping fee calculated based on your location.

During Public Holidays, Sale Promotions, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, please allow an additional 2-3 working days for delivery.

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen factors like our delivery partners or weather may cause occasional delays. Queen's Lumi assumes no liability in such instances and recommends placing orders early whenever possible.

For deliveries to Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China:

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days using S.F. express under normal circumstances, although we aim to dispatch them as soon as possible.  Note: Deliveries to remote areas or outlying islands may take an extra 1-2 working days,

For deliveries to Macau and Mainland China, we utilize S.F. Express to deliver our products. You can track your delivery using the provided S.F. tracking code on the S.F. Express app or website.  Please note that it may take around 2-7 working days depending on your location.

For worldwide deliveries:

For deliveries worldwide, you will have the option to choose between FedEx or DHL Express for shipping.  Please use your provided tracking number to monitor the delivery duration (It may take up to approximately 2 weeks for delivery).

Shipping is free of charge.  For all other locations, shipping fees will be determined based on your address shown on your checkout page.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the courier website. 

If you would like to include a personalized message for your item as a gift, please write your message for the recipient by typing it into the 'add a note' option during checkout or by emailing cs@queenslumi.com immediately after placing your order.
